Gift for the VIP In Your Life

Chris wanted to do something special for his girlfriend, Tara. Not only as a way to celebrate her birthday, but to really show his affection for her.

He broke his gift into two parts. First, he wrote an original poem which is detailed below. Then, he had the last verse along with the supporting imagery laser engraved onto the back of the iPad.

He found a freelance artist to create the illustration.  Then with our help he was able to make his iPad gift as remarkable and unique as the girl who received it, Tara. Happy Birthday!

The Ant to the Butterfly

It was a beautiful April’s day
Many years ago, I’m pleased to say.

The first time I heard the butterfly’s bells
a beautiful song that cracked my shell.

Played upon my soul, caused my heart to race.
It was hard at first to match its pace.

It took success and failure, trials and tests.
Studying for days without rest.

But I understand now, a butterfly’s heart.
The beginning, the end, the stops and starts.

The desire for closeness, and the need to be free.
I understand it all and all in between!

I’m in love with a butterfly,
a fate more fair than most.
so my only wish is that you’re happy,
whilst hov’ring close.
