Part Marking Service – Compatible Materials

Our lasers can engrave and cut various materials, but we also offer a service known as laser part marking. You may see the terms laser part marking and laser engraving used interchangeably, but we consider them two different services.  Laser engraving is a more general term that includes artistic designs as well as work for a single item.  Part marking is generally simpler artwork including serial numbers, bar codes, and possibly logos.  How the mark looks is less important than its readability and permanence.  Part marking orders are usually for large quantities of small parts.
