The koi fish is a Chinese symbol for luck and the “fat baby” is the Chinese symbol for new beginnings. The “fat baby” is typically illustrated to represent the New Year. The partners of the company own another company together that was started 21 years ago, so when they decided to start this new company they named it Lucky 21... and that’s what led to the logo. A pretty cool back story!
